Senior Platform Engineer

This is an opportunity to join a collaborative engineering environment where you’ll work closely with Software Engineering, Security and Operations teams to build resilient, scalable platforms and enable high-performing development teams. What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing, building and maintaining cloud-native platform solutions
• Supporting and improving CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes
• Driving infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code best practices
• Building self-service capabilities for engineering teams
• Enhancing platform observability, monitoring and reliability
• Supporting Kubernetes-based workloads in production
• Contributing to highly available, resilient systems with minimal downtime
• Collaborating with engineering teams to improve deployment and operational practices
• Helping shape platform strategy and engineering standards

• Strong experience within Platform Engineering, DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
• Experience building and supporting cloud-hosted environments (AWS preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and containerisation technologies
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible or similar
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tooling such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK or equivalent
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals
• Experience working in modern software engineering environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
