This position is ideal for a strategic product designer who thrives in ambiguous environments, enjoys solving complex operational challenges, and can quickly turn business needs into scalable, user-centered solutions.

MUST HAVE SKILLS: This is an individual contributor role

• 8+ years of Product designer experience in an enterprise environment (facilitation of workshop, prioritization, hands on design work)
• End to end Design experience working through full SDLC cycle to implementation.
• Portfolio samples of at least 2 case studies that demonstrates experience
• Experience in Healthcare industry or related field

Drive Product and UX Strategy:

• Define and champion the UX vision for a portfolio of enterprise IT delivery products.

• Establish design principles, interaction standards, and scalable design patterns., Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $85.00/hr.
