nIT Business Systems Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent relevant experience may be considered.\n
• 8+ years of progressive experience implementing, supporting, or managing enterprise business applications, including significant leadership or program ownership.\n
• Strong experience with ERP systems, enterprise integrations, and complex business processes.\n
• Proven success leading system implementations, upgrades, migrations, process improvements, and organizational change.\n
• Knowledge of application governance, data management, access controls, vendor management, and IT service delivery.\n
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership skills.\n
• Experience in aerospace, defense, avionics, advanced manufacturing, or another regulated environment strongly preferred.\n
• Experience with Microsoft 365, business intelligence tools, workflow automation, and application lifecycle management preferred.\n

• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems and applications.\n
• Oversee the implementation, integration, enhancement, and lifecycle management of ERP and other critical business platforms.\n
• Partner with leaders across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, HR, and other functions to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.\n
• Strengthen data quality, reporting, system integrations, and application governance.\n
• Ensure business applications support security, compliance, access controls, and business continuity requirements.\n
• Lead and develop the business systems team while promoting accountability, collaboration, and exceptional internal customer support.\n
• Manage technology vendors, software licensing, contracts, budgets, and service performance.\n
