Lead DataOps Engineer

8+ years of experience in DataOps, Data Engineering, Cloud Data Platforms, and Enterprise Data Solutions Proficiency in Databricks, Lakehouse Architecture, and Data Platform Modernization Experience in Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Dagster, dbt, and data orchestration frameworks Experience with PySpark, SQL, data modeling, and modern data architecture practices Experience in Azure, AWS, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and platform engineering Strong communication skills with expertise in team leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder collaboration Responsibilities Lead delivery of DataOps, analytics, and data engineering initiatives across multiple business domains Proficiency in establishing DataOps standards, governance models, and operational best practices Experience in implementing automated pipelines, orchestration workflows, and observability capabilities Experience with defining data contracts, reliability targets, and scalable data product frameworks Experience in driving architectural alignment, technical quality, and process improvement initiatives Communicate project priorities, technical risks, delivery status, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
