Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA)

We’re looking for a senior Salesforce analytics developer to design and build dashboards and reporting for a large US health plan client. You’ll work with business stakeholders, product managers and Salesforce developers to turn CRM data into dashboards that leadership uses to make decisions. Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CRM Analytics dashboards, lenses, datasets and recipes
• Build and publish Tableau dashboards that connect to Salesforce and other enterprise data sources
• Gather reporting requirements from business users and turn them into data models and visual designs
• Build data pipelines in CRMA (recipes, dataflows, connectors) and keep data refreshes reliable
• Set up row-level security, sharing inheritance and access controls for analytics assets
• Tune dashboard and query performance for large datasets
• Support UAT, deployment and user training for analytics releases
• Work in an Agile team alongside Salesforce developers, BSAs and PMs

• 8-10 years of overall experience, with at least 5 years on the Salesforce platform
• 3+ years of hands-on CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) development
• Hands-on Tableau experience (Desktop, Server/Cloud, data connections and published dashboards)
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model, reports and dashboards, and security model
• Experience with SAQL, SOQL and data transformation in recipes and dataflows
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting needs
• Preferred qualifications
• Salesforce CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant certification
• Tableau certification (Desktop Specialist, Certified Data Analyst or similar)
• Experience with Data Cloud (Data 360)
• Healthcare or health plan domain experience
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado
