Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions). + Bachelor’s Degree, in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. + At least 1-2 years of experience in software development using Java (Mandatory). + B2 level of English or higher, with the ability to work effectively in an international professional environment. + Knowledge of Backend application development. + Experience performing unit and integration testing to ensure software quality and reliability. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience working in collaborative development environments. + Experience using project management tools such as Jira. + Knowledge of version control systems such as Git and Bitbucket. + Experience with, or interest in, continuous integration and deployment tools such as Jenkins. + Knowledge of artifact repository management tools such as Artifactory. + Experience with C++ development is considered a plus. + Knowledge of tools such as Jama and LSQM is considered a plus. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. + Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous improvement. + Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-driven approach. + Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in Agile and multidisciplinary teams. + Commitment to building high-quality software solutions, with Agile/Scrum certifications considered a plus.
