SAP QM Consultant

As an SAP QM specialist, you will act as the bridge between technology and quality control. You will have the independence to work as a trusted advisor, helping clients improve their quality workflows and set up software tools that make their daily work safer, legal, and more efficient.

• Project Execution: Guide SAP software installations, providing expert advice and help after the system goes live.
• Knowledge Delivery: Plan and lead in-person client workshops and specialized training lessons.
• System Optimization: Design and organize quality management processes, including making deep technical changes to customize the system.
• Compliance Documentation: Write technical project files and create easy-to-follow user guides.
• Strategic Growth: Team up with our sales department to bring technical knowledge to meetings with new potential clients.

• Education: A degree in Business Tech, Computer Science, Economics, or a similar practical trade qualification.
• Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA as an outside advisor, an in-house expert, or a main lead user.
• Tech Skills: Excellent knowledge of SAP QM; knowing PP or PP-PI as well is a huge plus.
• Languages: Strong German skills (C1) and good English skills (B2) are required.
• Soft Skills: A helpful, service-focused attitude and the confidence to give advice to managers at all levels.
