Cloud Security Architect

Azure Architect Location: Boston, MA Seeking a Technical Lead / Architect to design and deliver Next Best Action / Next Best Offer (NBA/NBO) solutions using Azure Rules Engine and Snowflake. The role will lead architecture, implementation, and integration of real-time and batch decisioning capabilities to drive personalized customer engagement and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect end-to-end NBA/NBO solutions (real-time + batch)
• Design and implement decision strategies, rules, and offer, Suppression logic using FICO
• Integrate decisioning engine with CRM, marketing, and digital channels
• Enable API-driven and event-based real-time decisioning
• Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business, QA)
• Ensure governance, auditability, and scalability of decisioning platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases, KPIs, and outcomes

• 10+ years IT experience; 5+ years in decisioning/NBA/NBO solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with: Azure Platform working with Snowflake data architecture

Technical Skills:

• Decision rules, strategy design, eligibility & prioritization logic
• Snowflake: data modeling, ELT/ETL, performance tuning
• APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures
• SQL, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
• CI/CD, DevOps, and secure integration patterns
