Job description
We are looking for a Siemens Opcenter Engineer with strong experience in MES/MOM systems to support manufacturing operations in Greensboro, NC. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter, manufacturing systems, production processes, and system integration. Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and support Siemens Opcenter MES/MOM solutions.
- Work with manufacturing and engineering teams to understand business and production requirements.
- Configure workflows, production processes, and manufacturing applications.
- Integrate Opcenter with other enterprise and plant systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MES/Opcenter issues.
- Support testing, deployment, and production implementation.
- Work with plant teams to improve manufacturing processes and system performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter.
- Experience with MES/MOM platforms and manufacturing systems.
- Understanding of manufacturing/production processes.
- Experience with system integration and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Experience working with plant/manufacturing teams.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in automotive or discrete manufacturing.
- Experience of PLC/SCADA or shop-floor systems.
- Experience with APIs, web services, or enterprise system integrations.
