Job description
Subaru Distributors Corp. seeks an energetic individual to join our team in Orangeburg, NY. This position is on-site at our Orangeburg, NY location. The IT Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing support to all users of our proprietary vehicle management system (VMS). The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle several projects at once as well as being a self-starter. The IT Operations Analyst will be the go-to person for issues, questions, and recommendations., * Maintain the accuracy and integrity of VMS data.
- Administer retailer user accounts and respond to VMS system issues.
- Act as a liaison between business users and IT development team.
- Create and publish reports for all levels within the organization.
- Participate in testing system updates and document changes to processes.
- Interface with 3rd party application development and programming consultants.
- Provide training sessions for both local and remote users in-person or via Webex.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Training & development?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Four-year degree in Business or Computer Science preferred. One to four years of equivalent work experience will be considered. Automotive experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical users.
- Proficient in Office 365 applications, specifically Excel
- Experience with PowerBI or MSSQL Reporting Services is a plus.
