Job description

• Act as Solution Architect for Siemens Opcenter/Camstar MES implementations
• Develop and manage upgrade plans
• Design, code, and develop CIO Maps and workflows
• Understand user requirements and manufacturing processes
• Lead overall site implementation of Camstar/Opcenter
• Lead requirements definition and Factory Model implementation
• Coordinate MES integrations with ERP, LIMS, equipment, HMI, and other external applications
• Distribute work across team members and coordinate project activities
• Lead and supervise project teams while ensuring delivery quality
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and business stakeholders
• Support project phases from design through implementation and upgrades

Requirements

• 10 15 years of overall IT/technical experience
• Experience working on large, global projects with responsibility for overall delivery quality
• Complete lifecycle implementation experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Strong hands-on experience with Siemens Opcenter (formerly Camstar)
• Experience with Solution Architecture
• Hands-on experience with Camstar Designer and CIO
• Experience with Camstar/Opcenter upgrades
• Experience leading requirements definition and MES implementation of the Factory Model
• Strong Life Sciences domain experience

• Experience integrating Camstar/Opcenter MES with external applications such as:

• ERP
• LIMS
• Equipment
• HMI
• Fair understanding of Computer System Validation (CSV) processes
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Ability to understand and translate user requirements and business processes
• Experience with MES site implementations and solution delivery
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and team-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, * Experience with Siemens Opcenter/Camstar MES
• Strong Life Sciences manufacturing experience
• Experience with CIO Maps, workflows, and Camstar Designer
• Experience with MES integrations and computer system validation
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Adaptable, fast-learning, committed, and goal-oriented
