SR. PYTHON FULLSTACK DEVELOPER

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a small, collaborative team that works closely with the Business Analytics team to build analytics-focused applications and prototypes.The team develops full-stack applications using Python on the backend and JavaScript on the frontend. While the applications are often built as prototypes, they are fully functional applications with both frontend and backend components.This role is ideal for someone who is quick to learn, comfortable experimenting with new technologies, and able to adapt to changing requirements. Strong general technical knowledge and problem-solving ability are more important than expertise in one specific technology. What You’ll Do

• Develop and enhance full-stack analytics applications and prototypes.
• Work primarily on the backend (approximately 70%), with some frontend development (approximately 30%).
• Build backend functionality using Python.
• Develop and integrate frontend components using JavaScript.
• Work with an Agentic AI assistant and contribute to applications that use sophisticated agent-based workflows.
• Quickly learn and work with new libraries, packages, and technologies as project requirements change.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Analytics team to understand their requirements and turn them into working applications.
• Integrate analytics requirements into prototypes and continuously improve them based on feedback.
• Work across multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Participate in technical discussions and communicate effectively with both technical and analytics teams.

Must-Have Qualifications: Practical experience with Python, front end technologies, React, JavaScript, and web application development, including the ability to write effective code. Ideal candidates should have 3-7 years of relevant experience. Experience or background in fixed income, account or capital markets is a plus. AI experience, including using LLMs to build agentic applications, is a plus, * Experience developing full-stack applications.

• Strong programming fundamentals and good Python knowledge.

• Interest or experience in AI/Agentic AI is a plus.
