It Project Management Senior Analyst

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead multiple medium to large IT infrastructure projects across Europe, MENA, India, and APAC.You’ll drive agile adoption where relevant and contribute as a SME/coach in agile practices, with potential involvement in international health portfolio initiatives and data centre migration.You’ll work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and PMO to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards, while aligning with the company’s mission to improve lives.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Lead delivery across multiple IT infrastructure projects, using Agile or Waterfall methodologies * Coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and PMO to manage project activities * Engage with Portfolio Lead and Finance to establish and manage project budgets * Define project scope and decompose work in Jira for assignment * Establish Roles u** Responsibilities for project activities * Develop and manage robust delivery plans with milestones and reviews * Control scope to meet time, cost, and quality commitments * Provide timely status updates on schedule, cost, risk, and quality to stakeholders Responsabilidades * Minimum 5 years delivering IT systems and services with strong emphasis on infrastructure and IT security * Experience in IT infrastructure elements (Active Directory, networking, Windows, endpoints, security tooling; Azure cloud advantageous) * End-to-end project oversight from planning to handover to Production Support * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills * Ability to navigate a matrixed organization across multiple time zones * Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities * Proficiency in MS Office tools (MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) * Experience with Agile tools (JIRA) and collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint); ServiceNow advantageous Requisitos principales *
