UX/UI Designer

• Design intuitive user experiences for websites, web applications, and digital products
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design recommendations
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders
• Design responsive experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
• Establish and maintain design systems and UI component libraries
• Gather feedback through testing and iterate on designs to improve usability
• Ensure designs align with brand standards, accessibility requirements, and business goals
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and project teams
• Support product enhancements, redesigns, and digital transformation initiatives

• 3+ years of UX/UI design experience
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX process and UI design work
• Experience designing websites, web applications, or digital products
• Proficiency creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills

Tools and Technologies

Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Miro, FigJam, UserTesting, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Design Systems, Wireframing & Prototyping Tools, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
