Privacy Compliance Associate

We’re looking for a Privacy Compliance Associate to support data protection across the business, ensuring compliance with UK and EU regulations in a fast-paced, international environment. This is a great opportunity for an early-career privacy lawyer to gain exposure to GDPR, AI projects and global data governance. What You’ll Do Provide day-to-day privacy advice across the business Support DPIAs, including high-risk and AI initiatives Advise on data sharing and cross-border transfers Draft and review privacy policies, notices and agreements Handle DSARs and data breach responses with the DPO Support audits and broader Ethics & Compliance activities

Qualified lawyer (UK or EU) with 1-3 years PQE Strong knowledge of GDPR and privacy regulations Experience handling DSARs, incidents and privacy queries Ability to draft and review privacy documentation Strong communication and stakeholder skills Proactive, organised and detail-focused

Desirable: CIPP / CIPM or equivalent Experience in compliance or AI/privacy frameworks
