| Experteer OverviewIn this role you lead the planning and delivery of technology projects across WebBeds’ booking platforms. You will coordinate IT, business, vendor, and support teams to deliver outcomes, manage timelines, and keep stakeholders informed. You guide project delivery from planning through implementation while mitigating risks and maintaining budget discipline. You collaborate with engineers and product teams to resolve cross-functional blockers and support successful releases. You will act as a bridge to senior stakeholders and drive continuous PM practice improvements.Compensaciones / BeneficiosProject delivery from planning to implementation with defined scope, timelines, risks, and outcomesStakeholder alignment across IT, business, and external vendorsMaintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and resource plansIdentify risks/issues early and define mitigation plansLead regular project/technical meetings to clarify requirements and decisionsCoordinate releases, production fixes, and post-launch supportPrepare presentations and status updates for senior stakeholdersCollaborate with engineers, product owners, and system engineers to remove impedimentsManage third-party relationships and procurement inputs for deliveryContribute to continuous improvement of project management practicesResponsabilidadesAt least 3 years of IT project management experience delivering for business stakeholders and external vendorsAt least 3 years of IT operations management experience ensuring reliable IT systems and infrastructureBachelor’s degree in a related discipline (IT/Computer Science)Professional certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, or related field is desirableStrong understanding of technology project delivery and operational environmentsExperience delivering large-scale technology projects, preferably in travel, B2B travel, or ancillary servicesAbility to manage cross-functional teams and maintain delivery focusExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skillsFluent English (written and spoken)Willingness to support occasional outside-hours release/launch activitiesProject Manager | It Palma De Mallorca, Kingdom Of Spain, ES |
Requirements
At least 3 years of IT project management experience delivering for business stakeholders and external vendors At least 3 years of IT operations management experience ensuring reliable IT systems and infrastructure Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (IT/Computer Science) Professional certification in Project Management, Business Analysis, or related field is desirable Strong understanding of technology project delivery and operational environments Experience delivering large-scale technology projects, preferably in travel, B2B travel, or ancillary services Ability to manage cross-functional teams and maintain delivery focus Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Fluent English (written and spoken) Willingness to support occasional outside-hours release/launch activities Project Manager | It Palma De Mallorca, Kingdom Of Spain, ES
