Project Manager Cybersecurity

AtALDIAwe are looking for aCybersecurity Project Managerto join our Security team.Language: Advanced Spanish and minimum B2 English.Project Lifecycle Management:Define scope, objectives, deliverables, timeline and budget for cybersecurity projects (SIEM implementation, Zero Trust architecture, identity/IAM management, supply chain strengthening, incident response, etc.).Risk Management and Compliance:Coordinate risk mitigation while ensuring compliance with regulations (GDPR, ISO/IEC **, NIS2, PCI-DSS, NIST SP 800-series).Technical and Operational Coordination:Serve as a liaison between security technical teams (CISO, engineers, SOC analysts) and business stakeholders or internal clients.Define, maintain and report KPIs.Degree/Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Cybersecurity or equivalent technical discipline (or demonstrable equivalent experience).Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in IT/Technology environments, specifically managing cybersecurity projects or secure infrastructure.Solid knowledge of security frameworks: NIST CSF, ISO **, CIS Controls and threat analysis models.Proficiency with cloud security concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP), network architecture, PAM/IAM, cryptography and vulnerability analysis, among others.Valuable certifications such as PMP, CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security+ or CRISC.Why make the leap to ALDIA?Leave outdated projects behind.
