Job description

We are looking for a C++ Software Engineer with practical CUDA experience to develop and optimize software for GPU architectures.

Your work will focus on algorithms and processing pipelines with demanding performance and real-time requirements, helping turn complex computational challenges into efficient, reliable solutions for industrial applications.

What you will do

  • Design and develop high-performance software in C++ and CUDA, with a strong focus on GPU computing.
  • Parallelize and optimize algorithms to make efficient use of GPU architectures.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks across CPU, GPU, memory and data transfers.
  • Use profiling and benchmarking to improve latency, throughput and resource utilization.
  • Optimize computer vision and image processing algorithms for industrial and real-time environments.
  • Develop efficient approaches to multithreading, concurrency, synchronization and memory management.
  • Integrate, validate and deploy optimized software into production systems.
  • Contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews and technical mentoring.
  • Establish good practices for GPU computing and performance optimization, documenting design decisions and measured results.

Requirements

  • Attending to work in person at the company’s offices in the Alcoy area
  • Strong C++ development skills and hands-on experience in GPU programming with CUDA.
  • A solid understanding of CPU/GPU architectures, parallel programming and performance optimization.
  • Experience with multithreading, concurrency and synchronization mechanisms.
  • Experience optimizing memory usage and data movement, including CPU-GPU transfers.
  • Practical experience using profiling and benchmarking tools to identify and solve performance issues.
  • Knowledge of CPU optimization techniques, including SIMD and vectorization.
  • Experience with CMake, GitLab CI/CD and cross-compilation toolchains.
  • The ability to contribute to technical design decisions, review code and mentor colleagues.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English and Spanish.
  • A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering or an equivalent technical background.

Nice to have

  • Experience in computer vision, image processing, real-time systems or image acquisition pipelines.
  • Knowledge of deep learning and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Experience optimizing inference with TensorRT, ONNX or OpenVINO.
  • Familiarity with Qt, TwinCAT/Beckhoff or industrial camera integration.
  • Experience working with agile methodologies.

What we value

You enjoy investigating complex technical problems, measuring how systems behave and finding practical ways to improve their performance.

We value autonomy, analytical thinking, sound technical judgment and teamwork, along with curiosity about how software executes and scales across CPU and GPU architectures.

This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise to industrial systems and help shape technical practices in GPU computing and software performance.
