Requirements

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Data Engineer with provenyears of experience, including significant expertise in data migration.

You’ll lead and assure end-to-end data migration solutions, transforming Legacy platforms into scalable, secure cloud-based data environments, with a strong focus on data quality, integrity and governance.

Key requirements:

Solid Data Engineering experience, with strong data migration expertise.
Energy & Utilities experience, ideally across asset/network management, telemetry or SCADA data.
Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and Microsoft Azure.
Expertise in ETL/ELT, data ingestion, transformation, validation and reconciliation.
Strong understanding of DataOps, CI/CD, Azure DevOps and Git.
Experience with data quality, governance, metadata, lineage and cataloguing.
Ability to design scalable dimensional and canonical data models.
Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
Experience leading complex migration programmes and mentoring engineering teams.
