Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco by Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to

• 5+ years of Python software development experience with strong object-oriented programming fundamentals
• Strong SQL, database, and ETL/data pipeline development experience
• Experience building APIs, system integrations, and automation solutions
• Agile/Scrum experience with strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Nice to Haves

• AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud experience
• Pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, Flask, or FastAPI
• Tableau, Power BI, analytics, or reporting experience
• CI/CD, microservices, distributed systems, or machine learning support exposure
