Job description
Job Description: We are seeking a mid-level GIS Specialist to provide standard GIS support, data processing, and ArcGIS platform administration. The role focuses on user management, data management, metadata creation, accessibility enhancements, and customer interaction. You’ll assist with project setup (dashboards, web apps), publish hosted services, and help drive ADA/WCAG-compliant publishing. Strong communication with both GIS and non-GIS users and independent troubleshooting are essential., * Provide GIS support for ArcGIS Online/Enterprise, including user management, data management, and documentation.
- Publish hosted and referenced map, image, and feature services across ArcGIS deployments.
- Gather requirements and consult with business units on GIS tools and capabilities.
- Design Experience Builder applications and contribute to accessibility initiatives (ADA/WCAG).
- Support project work from requirements to customer acceptance and ensure security policy alignment.

- Survey123, Field Maps, Experience Builder - 3+ years
- Strong oral and written communication, translating non-GIS requests to GIS outcomes - 5+ years
- ArcGIS Pro - 5+ years
- ArcGIS Online Administration, Web Mapping, and Cartography - 5+ years
- ArcGIS Enterprise Administration & Server Management - 4+ years
- Arcade & Python Scripting - 3+ years
