Pragmatike is seeking an Application Support Technician to join a global Digital Solutions Managed Services team, supporting a portfolio of business-critical applications and enterprise tools. You’ll work across application maintenance, Tier-2 support, databases, Windows/Linux environments, and end-user support in a hands-on role.
The position requires 3+ years of experience, fluent English, and a willingness to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
