Grupo Noa’s in Madrid, Spain, seeks a highly motivated HTA Programmer (Analyst/Consultant) to support German AMNOG dossiers and market access. The role emphasizes statistical programming for Module 4 and rigorous data analysis in clinical trials.
Ideal candidates are biostatisticians or data scientists with HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access experience, strong SAS and R skills, and fluency in German and English. CDISC SDTM/ADaM knowledge is a plus, and remote/hybrid work is available.
