Technical Program Manager

TEKsystems is supporting a leading global FMCG organization on a strategic enterprise integration transformation programme. As part of a large-scale modernization initiative, the business is migrating approximately 400 enterprise integrations from MuleSoft to Boomi across a complex global technology landscape. We are looking for an experienced Program Manager who can combine strong program leadership with solid integration-domain expertise to drive successful delivery while coordinating multiple stakeholders, vendors, architects, and delivery teams. Please note: we can only consider candidates currently based in Spain or Poland .Job Responsibilities:Own end-to-end program governance and delivery. Develop and manage program plans, milestones, RAID logs, and reporting structures. Drive program execution from initiation through completion. Coordinate business stakeholders, architecture teams, vendors, and system integrators. Facilitate steering committees and provide executive-level reporting. Lead migration planning and execution activities across multiple integration workstreams. Manage dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.Coordinate business testing, cutover planning, and deployment activities. Ensure critical integrations are migrated with minimal business disruption. Work closely with platform vendors and delivery partners to ensure successful migration execution. Support the retirement of legacy integration platforms and consolidation onto Boomi. Ensure all program activities align with enterprise architecture standards and broader business transformation objectives.Candidate Qualifications Essential: Proven Program Management experience delivering enterprise integration transformation programs. Ability to bridge business and technical discussions.Experience managing programs governance, risks, dependencies, testing, and cutover activities. Highly Desirable SAP Integration Suite experience. Solace integration experience. Experience within FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or other complex global enterprise environments. Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures and API-led connectivity.
