Temper - Infrastructure/Platform Engineer

• 2-10 years in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering; 3+ years at high-growth startups
• Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP, TypeScript
• Thrives in fast, ambiguous environments; ships to production constantly
• 5-6 days in office in San Francisco
• Work authorization: O-1, TN or H1B transfer OK; no new H1B

• Own the infra and platform layer end-to-end: build a ‘Vercel for integration runtime’ with durable execution, sandboxed isolation and self-healing
• Build and scale the agent infrastructure powering coding agents that write, test and deploy integration code in production
• Design the observability layer giving enterprise customers full visibility into integrations and agents
• Architect and ship a single-tenant, self-hostable build so customers can run the platform in their own cloud
• Help hire and build the infrastructure team, growing into a leadership role
