Infrastructure Solution Architect

The Infrastructure Solution Architect is responsible for designing, guiding, and validating robust infrastructure solutions across on-premises and hybrid environments. The role requires deep expertise in database administration, infrastructure modernization, and high availability architectures. Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end infrastructure solutions including on-premises environments and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Guide and validate infrastructure architecture to meet business and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain logical and physical database designs, including application database migrations.
• Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and High Availability (HA) solutions for databases.
• Manage technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server (on-premises), Azure SQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Design and implement hyperconverged infrastructure architectures to support scalable and resilient environments.
• Ensure enterprise storage concepts, backup and restore processes, and data protection best practices are applied.
• Produce clear, structured, and comprehensive architectural documentation.
• Take ownership and accountability for deliverables, driving progress proactively and ensuring architectural consistency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate clearly and constructively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable insights.
• Collaborate effectively across teams, fostering constructive dialogue and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
• Report progress, risks, and dependencies proactively to keep stakeholders aligned during design and implementation phases.
• Approach complex challenges with structured analytical thinking and provide creative, feasible, and scalable solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving technologies, architectural patterns, and infrastructure trends, demonstrating adaptability and a learning mindset.

• Strong background in infrastructure architecture, including on-premises environments and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Extensive knowledge of logical and physical database design, application database migrations, maintenance, and implementation of Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and High Availability (HA) solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server (on-premises), Azure SQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of enterprise storage concepts, backup and restore processes, and data protection best practices.
• Experience designing and implementing hyperconverged infrastructure architectures supporting scalable and resilient infrastructure environments.
• Strong documentation skills capable of producing clear, structured, and comprehensive architectural documentation.
