Become part of a team of experts who are passionate about metering operations, submetering, and data transmission. Our expertise helps shape an advanced, digitized metering system that benefits the climate, nature, and people-especially our customers and end users. Make a big impact-your responsibilities as a Solution Owner (m/f/d)

• Agile Collaboration and Prioritization: As part of the IT Solutions team, you’ll manage your portion of the backlog. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, service providers, and stakeholders in both traditional and agile development processes.
• Requirements Management: You gather and structure business requirements and translate them into technical concepts for our software development team.
• Process Analysis and Optimization: You will take the lead in analyzing business processes and implementing software-based support for these processes-from conception through rollout.
• Product Ownership for Our CRM System: In the future, you will assume the role of Product Owner for our new CRM software. You will oversee the phased integration of the system into our IT landscape, prioritize business requirements, and be responsible for its further development in alignment with company goals and user needs.
• Stakeholder Communication: You’ll communicate closely with internal departments and external partners to identify and document requirements.
• External Service Provider Management: You will manage external service providers to ensure timely implementation and high quality.

Achieving Goals with Expertise - Your Profile

• A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Requirements Engineer is desirable, particularly in the energy or real estate sectors.
• A Plus: Experience in implementing or supporting CRM systems, as well as in serving as a liaison between business departments and software development.

Expertise

• Experience working with Jira and Confluence.
• Practical experience with AI, including in requirements management, data analysis, and prototyping.
• CPRE certification is desirable
