About This RoleJoin our Information Security organization, where we protect a technology-led, cloud-native platform serving millions across multiple markets. At JET, we’re committed to embedding security into the very foundations of our design, engineering, and operations. As a Senior Security Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of our Security Engineering team, crafting the tools and controls that empower our engineers to ship secure code over 100 times a day. You’ll transform security policy into actionable code, ensuring every engineer becomes a security-conscious contributor. Your Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy security controls and guardrails across our cloud-native platforms, including AI security solutions for customer-facing products. Conduct password audits, network and web application vulnerability scans, and intrusion detection to proactively close security gaps. Automate security processes as code, integrating compliance and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) checks into our CI/CD pipelines. Perform risk audits and assessments, translating findings into practical recommendations for our engineering teams. Monitor and analyze system access logs, flagging anomalies and supporting incident response efforts. Plan and test security backup and disaster recovery processes to ensure platform resilience. Collaborate with our InfoSec teams, translating technical work for product and engineering audiences.

What Will You Bring to the Team? Hands-on experience in writing and deploying applications or tools in cloud-native environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Proven skills in deploying AI security solutions and defenses for customer-facing AI systems. Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, Python, Java, PowerShell, or Bash) with a focus on automating security processes. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and Compliance as Code practices. Comfortable working in Agile, DevOps-driven teams with a focus on continuous delivery. Strong stakeholder management skills, able to communicate security risks and technical decisions effectively. A collaborative mindset, fostering trust and encouraging secure defaults among your peers.
