Test Analyst

Knowledge of testing tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or ALM. Key Responsibilities Develop proof-of-concept test plans and evaluation criteria. Translate functional requirements into test scenarios and use cases. Coordinate testing activities with State stakeholders and vendors. Evaluate data catalog solutions against defined requirements. Maintain requirements traceability and testing documentation. Document test results, issues, gaps, and vendor capabilities. Compare solution performance against evaluation criteria. Contribute to final vendor assessment and implementation recommendations.

Minimum 5 years of public-sector or government experience. Strong experience in software testing and functional validation. Experience developing test plans, test scenarios, and test cases. Experience with requirements traceability and test documentation. Knowledge of defect tracking and test result reporting. Strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience testing enterprise data management or data catalog solutions. Experience participating in proof-of-concept evaluations. Familiarity with data governance and metadata management. Experience with UAT and vendor solution evaluations.
