5+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting Power Apps and Power Automate solutions, including complex business workflows and automation failures. 5+ years of experience in front-end troubleshooting and enhancements using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and AJAX. 7+ years of experience integrating SharePoint with enterprise systems using APIs, OpenXML, and supporting Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and release management. 7+ years of experience across the end-to-end application lifecycle, owning production incidents, root cause analysis, deployments, upgrades, and ongoing platform support.
