Senior Analyst - Insights & Analytics

We’re seeking a Senior Analyst, Digital Analytics & Insights to help drive digital growth through data-driven insights, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations. Pay Rate Range - $50-55/HR on W2 Responsibilities: Analyze digital sales, customer behavior, website traffic, and conversion metrics Build and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities for optimization and growth Support Digital Merchandising, Marketing, and Technology teams Translate complex data into clear business insights and stories Responsibilities : 3-5+ years of analytics, business intelligence, or digital insights experience Strong SQL and large dataset analysis skills Adobe Analytics experience preferred Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools Digital commerce, web analytics, or e-commerce analytics experience Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to turn business questions into actionable recommendations Preferred Experience Retail or e-commerce environments Customer behavior and conversion analysis Google/Meta analytics and reporting SimilarWeb, Edited, or other third-party analytics tools If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.
