Specialist PSM Application

The Specialist (m/f/d) PSM Application is responsible for operational execution within the P2P domains, including system configuration support, testing, data migration, and documentation. The role ensures that global procurement processes, controls, and standards are effectively implemented and maintained across projects and regions. Working closely with IT, procurement teams, and functional leadership, the position contributes to system stability, user adoption, and process consistency, while delivering measurable outcomes such as test execution, defect resolution, and data quality. The role operates within defined governance structures and supports continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes and systems.

Procurement Process SAP S/4HANA Support

• Support implementation of standardized P2P processes in SAP S/4HANA
• Assist in maintaining process flows, approvals, and work instructions aligned with global templates
• Support supplier master data standards and governance

SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle Support

• Support configuration and rollout of SAP Ariba modules (e.g., SLP, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Risk/Performance)
• Maintain templates, workflows, questionnaires, and approvals
• Support supplier onboarding, qualification, and compliance processes
• Assist with Ariba-S/4HANA integration testing and issue resolution

Transformation Project Delivery Support

• Contribute to ERP and digital procurement transformation initiatives
• Support defect resolution, change requests, and minor enhancements

Governance, Compliance Controls Support

• Support audit, compliance, and internal control documentation
• Ensure alignment with QMS, control requirements, and procurement policies

Training

• Support creation of training materials and work instructions
• Support user adoption during rollouts and changes

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and document improvement opportunities
• Support KPI tracking and reporting
• Contribute to standardization across regions and projects

Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or similar

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or SAP-enabled business environment
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP Ariba
• Experience in testing, data migration, or ERP implementations
• SAP certifications is a plus
• Knowledge of compliance or internal controls
• Team player with strong communication skills
