Project

The project focuses on developing a scalable AI biomanufacturing platform that combines modern software engineering with machine learning capabilities. The platform enables pharmaceutical and biotech companies to optimize production processes through advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven insights. You will contribute to the architecture, development, and deployment of mission-critical product features while working in a highly collaborative cross-functional environment., * Design and develop scalable Full Stack features for the AI biomanufacturing platform

• Own product functionality end-to-end from architecture to production deployment
• Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces
• Collaborate with ML Scientists and Data Engineers to integrate AI capabilities into the platform
• Ensure engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, and technical documentation
• Mentor Junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
• Communicate directly with pharma clients and domain experts to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance

Python / strong TypeScript / strong Distributed Systems / good Cloud Platforms / good API Development / expert, * 5+ years of commercial Full Stack software engineering experience

• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript for backend development
• Experience with frontend development and modern web technologies
• Strong understanding of relational databases, API design, and distributed systems
• Experience delivering production-grade software with scalability and reliability considerations
• Good understanding of software architecture and engineering best practices
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
• Ability to take ownership from problem discovery to solution delivery

WILL BE A PLUS

• Experience working in regulated industries such as GxP, GMP, or HIPAA environments
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations or LLM-powered products
• Background in life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biomanufacturing domains
