Job description

Seeking a Data Engineer with 5+ years of experience building and supporting modern data platforms. This role will focus on developing ETL/reverse ETL pipelines, managing data lake and data warehouse environments, and leveraging AWS services to deliver scalable data solutions.

This is a 100% onsite position supporting a health & wellness organization in Scottsdale.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ETL and reverse ETL pipelines.
Build and support data integrations and connectors.
Design and optimize data lake and data warehouse solutions.
Write and tune complex SQL queries.
Utilize AWS Redshift, RDS, and Glue for data processing and storage.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and performance across platforms.

Requirements

5+ years of Data Engineering experience.
Strong SQL expertise.
Experience with ETL/reverse ETL processes and data connectors.
Hands-on experience with data lakes and data warehousing.
Proficiency with AWS Redshift, RDS, and Glue.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AI/LLM tools such as Claude.
Familiarity with modern cloud-based data architectures.
