Job description
Provide Level 3 production and technical support. Monitor application health and payment processing, investigate and resolve incidents, perform transaction recovery, support releases and infrastructure maintenance, coordinate global shift handoffs, maintain operational procedures, and partner with application, middleware, database and operations teams to restore service and improve platform stability.
Requirements
Containers, Mule ESB, WebSphere MQ, Spring-based services, payment-message flows, automation/scripting, capacity monitoring and follow-the-sun support experience
