Automate operational, administrative, and business processes across enterprise platforms. Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and resiliency for automation solutions. Support deployment automation, CI/CD pipelines, and platform lifecycle management.

AI, Copilot & Platform Engineering Administer and engineer Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and supporting AI environments. Build AI-powered workflows, agents, integrations, and operational tooling. Develop governance, monitoring, reporting, security, and usage management capabilities. Integrate AI solutions with Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, ServiceNow, Azure, Fabric, and enterprise APIs. ServiceNow & Enterprise Platforms Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations, Scripted REST APIs, and workflow automation. Implement provisioning, request fulfillment, orchestration, and approval workflows. Support enterprise platform modernization through automation and integration initiatives.
