Principal Solutions Architect

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline\n
• Active TS/SCI Clearance\n
• 12+ years of experience in systems engineering, enterprise architecture, digital engineering, or modeling large, complex system-of-systems environments\n
• Proven leadership in designing, managing, and validating enterprise-level architecture frameworks\n
• Expert-level proficiency with MBSE methodologies and tools (SysML, UML, digital twins, graph-based modeling, enterprise frameworks, etc.)\n
• Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary technical teams and influence senior decision-makers\n
• Extensive experience preparing executive-level technical documentation and briefings\n
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance (as required)\n, * Experience supporting senior DoD, USSF, intelligence-community, or major ground-enterprise modernization programs\n
• Active TS/SCI Clearance\n
• Deep expertise in mission assurance, resilience modeling, cybersecurity dependencies, and enterprise-architecture trade studies\n
• Experience defining modeling standards, data structures, governance processes, or digital-engineering strategy\n
• Familiarity with integrating diverse tools, data sources, and analytics into unified modeling ecosystems\n
• Proficiency with advanced modeling or analytic tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, graph databases, MBSE toolchains)\n
• Active security clearance\n

n \nResponsibilities:\n \n \n

• Serve as a chief architect for NGAME\u2122, establishing modeling vision, standards, methodologies, and long-term architectural strategy\n
• Lead enterprise-level analyses, trade studies, resilience assessments, infrastructure evaluations, and mission-thread modeling activities\n
• Integrate cybersecurity, operations, acquisition, infrastructure, and mission-assurance perspectives into unified architecture constructs\n
• Shape high-impact decision-support products, executive-level briefings, and analytical outputs for senior Government leadership\n
• Direct and mentor senior, mid-level, and junior architects; cultivate modeling discipline, documentation quality, and analytic rigor across the team\n
• Oversee complex data integration, validation, and configuration-management processes across the NGAME\u2122 environment\n
• Engage with Government stakeholders to refine requirements, establish priorities, and align architecture efforts with modernization goals\n
• Guide demonstrations, capability assessments, and strategic evaluations to showcase NGAME\u2122’s contributions to enterprise decision-making\n
• Ensure all architecture products remain authoritative, traceable, and adaptable to evolving program and mission needs\n
