- 15+ years in application engineering/services within manufacturing & enterprise systems
- Strong ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLA)
- Expertise in application architecture, integration, ERP/SAP, cloud, APIs, middleware, databases
- Experience with MES/MOM, plantfloor systems, supply chain & engineering applications
- Proven leadership in global support, service improvement, and transformation initiatives
Preferred: Automotive/discrete manufacturing background, SQL/.NET/C#, cloud/DevSecOps/SRE, ITIL or platform certifications.
