- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Web Application Developer to join our team in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable web applications, with expertise in both front-end and back-end technologies., * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in web application development
- Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and popular front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Strong understanding of server-side templating languages and JavaScript libraries
- Experience with database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and ORM tools
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
