PI Project Manager - Health System Engineering Summary: + Have a key and strategic operating role to the organizational leadership and plays an important role in the achievement of the overall success of BayCare Health System. + Works with teams to execute improvements to simplify methods, process flows, and workplace layouts using proven industrial engineering techniques and building computer simulation models where appropriate to test new designs. + Also perform data analysis using advanced statistical, operations research and industrial engineering methods. + Essential functions include data collection, standards and process design, discrete event simulation modeling, performance monitoring and reporting, and project management.
