Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and validation of robotic manipulation systems for an Amazon Robotics subcontractor. The ideal candidate will have strong systems engineering experience with electromechanical devices and cross-functional hardware, controls, and software integration., Support system architecture, requirements definition, and technical specifications for robotic arm systems. Coordinate system integration across mechanical, electrical, hardware, controls, and software interfaces. Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation, including ConOps, Interface Control Documents (ICDs), and trade studies. Troubleshoot system-level issues and drive root-cause analysis. Support design reviews, system validation, and product development from concept through deployment. Improve engineering processes, documentation, and product quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline. 5+ years of Systems Engineering experience with electromechanical devices; robotics experience is a plus. Experience with systems engineering documentation, including ConOps, ICDs, and trade studies. Ability to tailor systems engineering processes to project needs. Strong cross-functional collaboration and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
