  • Create practical web governance, documentation, and reusable processes that reduce bottlenecks and make ownership, approvals, and standards clear.

  • Use analytics, Search Console, and site-quality tools to identify issues and improvement opportunities, sharing concise recommendations with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web development, information systems, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. *

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing production marketing websites and publishing through a modern CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, Contentful, or a comparable platform. *

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS and the ability to diagnose common front-end, template, form, and integration issues. *

  • Practical experience with technical SEO, website accessibility, responsive design, redirects, page performance, and release quality assurance. *

  • Experience using web analytics and site-health tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, or comparable platforms. *

  • Strong project-management and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to triage requests, clarify scope, manage dependencies, and coordinate external partners. *

  • Strong documentation, problem-solving, and follow-through skills in a multi-brand or multi-business environment.
