Job description
- The engineer will join a global team that manages client and internal AWS environments for enterprise applications in the Corporate Actions & Custody domain.
- The team owns the infrastructure and automation behind CI/CD for client UAT and Production environments and for internal environments.
Requirements
- Bachelors’ Degree with Min. 7-10+ years of experience.
- Experience in Banking Domain.
- Linux/UNIX: shell scripting, OS configuration, and troubleshooting
- Hands-on AWS experience
- Infrastructure as Code: CloudFormation, Terraform or Azure DevOps
- CI/CD concepts and tools
- Supporting Java/Spring Boot applications
- JMS messaging middleware, such as IBM MQ or ActiveMQ
- High-availability, high-uptime systems
- Git/GitHub: branching, hooks, access control, backup and recovery
- Incident and ticketing tools, such as Jira or ServiceNow
Strong advantage:
- Using GenAI tools and prompt engineering to automate scripting, documentation, monitoring, CI/CD or observability, * Scripting in Python, Bash or PowerShell
- Observability tools, such as Splunk or Datadog
- Monitoring and optimising large distributed systems
- AWS certification
