Job description
We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer to join a high-performing engineering team in Menlo Park, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Golang development, microservices architecture, distributed systems, and cloud-native technologies. Candidates with a strong Java background and experience building scalable backend applications are highly preferred., * Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance Golang applications
- Build scalable microservices and distributed systems
- Develop and integrate REST, SOAP, and gRPC services
- Optimize database queries and application performance
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang (Go)
- Experience with Java development
- Expertise in Microservices and Distributed Systems
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
- Experience developing REST, SOAP, and gRPC APIs
- Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns
- Experience with SQL and Relational Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, Sybase, etc.)
- Working experience in UNIX/Linux environments
- Experience with Shell Scripting (Bash/KSH/Perl)
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Cloud Technologies
- Experience with CI/CD Pipelines and Deployment Automation
- Agile/Scrum development experience
