Network Engineer

We are seeking a Network Engineer with an interest in VoIP, telephony, and enterprise networking to support day-to-day technology operations and ongoing infrastructure upgrades. This role will have a strong emphasis on supporting phone and communications systems while also providing exposure to Cisco Meraki networking, switching, wireless, firewalls, and connectivity., * Assist with the daily support and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure.

• Troubleshoot issues involving VoIP, telephony, and business phone systems.
• Provide technical assistance for Webex and related voice/communications services.
• Help diagnose phone and connectivity problems and work with end users to resolve issues.
• Provide basic support for firewall and network security activities.
• Assist with troubleshooting across voice, wired, wireless, and network connectivity systems.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and infrastructure changes.
• Work alongside senior engineers to develop stronger enterprise networking and telephony skills.
