Forward Deployed Engineer

Lead technical delivery for strategic government customer AI programs, embedding with customer engineering teams to architect, build, deploy, and operate production-scale AI systems. Establish engineering standards and reusable architectures, mentor other engineers, and identify opportunities to accelerate customer AI adoption. Requires U.S. citizenship and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph; travel up to 25%., * Lead technical strategy and execution across complex, multi-workstream customer AI programs.

• Design architectures for AI orchestration, enterprise retrieval, and decision intelligence systems.
• Build and deploy production AI systems that meet enterprise-scale traffic and reliability requirements.
• Establish operational standards, evaluation frameworks, testing, observability, and incident response practices.
• Develop reusable engineering patterns and accelerators to expand AI adoption and improve delivery speed.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to hiring, system design, and customer engagement practices.
