• Build and maintain features in our TypeScript web app, from UI components to the APIs behind them
• Turn meeting data (transcripts, summaries, sentiment and themes) into clear dashboards and sponsor reports
• Build responsive, accessible interfaces that look great in a demo and hold up on event day
• Help connect Backtrack to the tools customers use, like CRMs
• Write tests, fix bugs and take part in code reviews
• Work directly with the team to turn customer feedback into shipped improvements, Develop and operate a large-scale internal cloud management platform. Build APIs, UIs, CI/CD pipelines, and developer productivity tools using Go and TypeScript. Maintain Temporal and Argo Workflows pipelines, integrate development tooling, improve SDLC efficiency, support SOC 2 compliance, and collaborate with engineering, security, infrastructure, and SRE teams.
