Job description

MS SharePoint Client-Management Mobile Device Management Administration MS Access Entwicklungsumgebungen Automatisierung Planung Security Compliance IT Berufserfahrung PowerShell Kommunikation Support Cloud Services Offenheit Verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit Flexibilität Wertschätzung Lernbereitschaft Serviceorientierung Kundenorientierung Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, * Administration und Betrieb von Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)

Umsetzung von Security- und Compliance-Anforderungen (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender)
Client-Management über Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM, Autopilot)
2nd/3rd Level Support und Troubleshooting im M365-Umfeld
Planung und Durchführung von Migrations- und Modern Workplace Projekten
Automatisierung von Prozessen mittels PowerShell und Power Platform

Requirements

Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung
Erste Erfahrung und Spaß im Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID)
Kenntnisse in Intune und Client-Management
Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support (1st Level)
Grundverständnis für IT-Security und Cloud-Services
PowerShell-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise Soft Skills
Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
