Procurement Delivery Manager - Digital & Tech

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive procurement delivery for digital and technology categories within a global healthcare context.You collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop category strategies, optimize spend and supplier management, and enable automated buying and content adoption.You act as a role model to the GP organization, shaping a high-performing procurement culture.This is a hands-on, impact-focused position with opportunities to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners.Compensaciones / Beneficios * Contribute to team goals across Financial/Non-Financial outcomes and Continuity of Supply * Develop and execute category strategies using sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and project management * Drive content and automation adoption to improve efficiency and business adoption * Act as a leader and influencer within global projects and networks * Manage suppliers and internal stakeholder relationships to support procurement objectives * Develop capabilities to improve customer experience through procurement activities * Deliver on customer priorities while supporting Roche’s societal and environmental commitments * Handle administrative tasks to maintain systems and processes Responsabilidades * 5+ years in global category management, strategic sourcing, procurement contracting, and operational category projects * Strong ability to engage with senior management on IT topics * Extensive IT sourcing, procurement, and vendor management experience in IT Professional Services, Infrastructure, Application Services and/or Software Licensing * Executive presence and experience working with internal stakeholders and vendor leadership * Demonstrated project management skills * Business English fluency Requisitos principales * Competitive salary * Annual bonus based on performance * Hybrid work model * Dedicated training budget * Recharge Fridays (2 Fridays off per quarter) * Take time program (up to 3 months of leave)
