Pre-Sales Infrastructure/Network Design Engineer

• Lead technical presentations, communicating complex designs to clients, vendors, and partners with clarity and confidence
• Develop detailed technical documentation, diagrams, and presentations using PowerPoint and Visio
• Collaborate across functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve connectivity, infrastructure, or integration issues
• Ensure technical solutions comply with regulatory standards and security requirements
• Provide pre-sales technical guidance throughout the client engagement lifecycle

10+ years in network engineering, infrastructure engineering, or technical architecture roles

• Advanced knowledge of extranet technologies and private client connectivity models
• Proficient in application flow mapping across firewalls, load balancers, routers, and network infrastructure
• Demonstrated client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Expert-level technical writing and documentation abilities
• Strong command of PowerPoint and Visio for technical diagrams and presentations
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience working in securities, financial services, fintech, or regulated technology environments

Preferred Skills

• Prior consulting or pre-sales engineering experience
• Deep familiarity with current financial technology trends
